Ingredients

1 frozen banana

1/4 avocado

1 tsp psyllium husks

Handful of almonds – or any other nuts

1 tsp sunflower seeds

1 tsp pumpkin seeds

2 tsp chia seeds

Pinch of cinnamon

2 tsp agave or alternative sweetner

1 generous tbsp of raw cacao powder

1tsp bee pollen (optional)

1 tsp cacao nibs

Blend all ingredients together well, leaving aside the bee pollen and cacao nibs to sprinkle on top at the end (for extra crunch!)

I had some left over coconut cream in the fridge, so I also added 1 tbsp in – this is optional, but definitely tastes amazing!
